Absolutely delicious. Measures up to very high end bakeries. A diamond in the rough. The flavors in the various pasteries were delightful. I was so sad moving to Dayton, because the pastry shops were so bad that grocery stores (as pedestrian as they are) were better than dedicated bakers. The flavors, the textures, the plesant service, and oh yeah, the fair prices were amazing. My favorites Morning Roll and Almond crossant... neither were hum drum. Sweet enough without losing teeth, flavorful from thier intended flavor to the dough that often barely supports, but tastefully holds its own in the taste world. If I closed my eyes, you could EASILY pluck me out of Dayton to a lovely place... so, yes, I'll be back. Thank you, for being so special.

We have been traveling the US and Canada, and have now covered over 30,000 miles in the past couple years, stopping in and looking for the best bakeries. The quality of the bake goods here at Boosali’s is by far the most superior and exceptional we have found. The texture and taste make me very happy I have stopped in today. Look at the pictures of these items too. It was so good, I went back the next day too, also buying bread. Well I am here again after traveling 10,000 more miles and this is “THE BEST!” What a delight.

A great bakery in Centerville. The staff are exceptional and you get a sense of home. The bread is baked fresh everyday. The selection is huge. I tried the apricot cheesecake danish. The brownie is a must. Subtle sweetness with chocolate and cocoa flavor. The best one in recent memory. Pair with an ice cream it would be the best. I would definitely go again.

Got a toogoodtogo surprise bag to try them out. I air fried them and it was amazing. My husband and I have since returned twice this week to purchase additional pastries not included in the bag. I dont have a negative thing I could say. Best bakery we've encountered. So glad we found them.

I recently discovered this FABULOUS bakery. I’ve been in much more than I care to admit but I’m addicted to their danishes! If you haven’t been in here yet, you must put it on your list of “cheat snacks” immediately! The owners are wonderful and the atmosphere is perfect.

I ordered through DoorDash and the quality of the food and packaging were 10 out of 10. They sold out of some of the items I ordered, but added other items for me to try… free of charge. In a day and age where customer service is dead, they reignited my hope in humanity😊 One of the employees wrote me a personal note apologizing for the items being sold out, but more than made up for it by adding equal treats plus some!!! Thank you Boosalis and I truly feel valued as a customer.

Go there and buy the little croissant thingy! I was referred by a friend and went to get items for a company party. I got almost everything and the nice lady told her I should get the little cupcake shaped croissants above all things because you can’t find them anywhere else, so I got 8. I regret so much, it is so buttery, perfect blend of savory and sweet. Oh, everything else was excellent as well!!! Definitely going back again with my husband. When I got there right at 8 on Saturday morning, there was already a line! Anyway, hands down 5 star, I would give more if I could.

What a delightful find! I saw a Google article about the best bakeries in each state and can see why Boosalis won for Ohio. I ordered a bunch of pastries to pick up when I visited in April for the eclipse and was in hog heaven. The kouign amann was to die for! All of the pastries were incredible but those really stood out as an exquisite treat. Definitely recommend wholeheartedly!

I have ordered from here on UberEATS twice and I loved it. So today I decided to come inside. The atmosphere is so nice. The music is soothing, yet fun but not too loud. The tables are clothed, the floor is clean and the decor reminds me of a French cafe from the movies. It has outdoor seating as well. However the smell is to die for and the display is amazing. Everything I had from here has never disappointed me. I have had the ham and cheese croissant three times and it is chef's kiss. These croissants put the flak in flaky. They aren't soggy inside and layers are stacked to the gods. Kougin Amann is sweet, buttery and flaky it is my absolute favorite from here. I will be taking one to go. Crumble Coffee Cake is so good too. The cake part is so moist and I can't stop eating the crumble topping. Almond croissant is another favorite of mine. I am huge fan of the Danish too. The prices are great too. I have yet to have anything more than the pastries, so look for an updated review for those. That being said, I am an up and coming caterer and I hope to partner with them one day for all my pastry needs. I know these croissants would make a killer French toast. The service is great too. The owner ( I think) is personable and friendly. I hope this business becomes a staple in Dayton.

Had to get my car fixed at Firestone across the street and another customer recommended this place. Im glad they did. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, or if you just want to satisfy your sweet tooth. The croissants are amazing.
